OmniEHR : Health Information Exchange

OmniMD health information exchange (HIE) is meant to transmit healthcare-related data among facilities, health information organizations (HIO) and government agencies according to national standards.

OmniMD HIE enables providers to electronically exchange clinical information among disparate healthcare information systems. The goal of the HIE is to facilitate access to and retrieval of clinical data to provide safer, more timely, efficient and effective patient-centered care.
