With OmniEHR, you can documents patients’ detailed demographics and insurance records. It also captures patients’ allergies, current and pre-existing medications, and manages patients’ social, family and medical histories. You can record patients’ visits grouped into cases by chief complaints and capture vitals, HPI, ROS, and physical exam information using various input devices like the iPad. OmniEHR captures and documents procedures performed as well as differential diagnoses, assessments, and treatment plans. OmniPM (Practice Manager) allows practices to manage all office functions, including patient billing and accounting, seamlessly and efficiently. Its electronic medical billing is fully integrated with OmniEHR, the appointment system, and charge capture. It allows quick and easy billing while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and traceability. The medical billing software system interfaces with leading electronic clearing houses (e.g., Emdeon, Gateway, Navicure and Ingenix) for electronic claim submission and tracking. An accountable care organization (ACO) is an organization of health care providers that agrees to be accountable for the quality, cost and overall care of Medicare beneficiaries who are enrolled in the traditional fee-for-service program and are assigned to the ACO, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS.)  The ACO is accountable to both the patients and the payer for the quality, appropriateness and efficiency of the health care provided.
