Job Description

  • 10 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Routine Backend Operations between India & US Office.
  • Providing Customer Support.
  • Practice Management Set-up of OmniMD
  • Ongoing support for Billing and EMR.
  • Coordination with Software Development/QA/Designer Team.
  • Report Generation of Customer Services Usage & Follow-up as per feedback.
  • Meeting SLA Requirements for Customer Support.
